Intended Use

Our Products are intended for research and development in laboratory settings. The Products should not be considered consumer goods, toys or hobby equipment.

Conditions of Sale (B2B)

Our products shall only be sold to private companies, universities, research institutes, and other corporate bodies, who are the end users of our products. We reserve the right to refuse orders made by private individuals.

The Customer shall not resell, transfer, exchange, or otherwise assign the goods without first obtaining prior written consent of Flapper s.r.o., which consent may be granted or withheld by Flapper s.r.o. in its sole discretion.

Payment & Lead Time

Unless agreed otherwise, a 100% advance payment is required for products that are in stock and that can be shipped within 2 weeks from your order. For products requiring a longer lead time, we require a 50% prepayment to confirm the order and the final 50% within 4 weeks after the Products are received by the Customer. Title to the Products shall remain vested in Flapper s.r.o. and shall not pass to the Customer until the purchase price for the Products has been paid in full and received by Flapper s.r.o.

The typical lead time of Products, which are not in stock and which are manufactured on demand, is 4 weeks from receiving the prepayment, unless indicated or agreed otherwise.

Our preferred mode of payment is bank transfer in EUR, upon inquiry we also accept credit card payments in EUR and bank transfers in USD and CZK.

Early Adopter Access

The Products marked as Early Adopter Access are Products that are still under development but can already be purchased by Early Adopter Customers for testing. Early Adopter Access Products are fully functional as per their specifications but might still have limited durability and/or software support, compared to the final Product. Early Adopter Customers who have purchased Early Adopter Access Products get access to their potential future upgrades: software upgrades shall be provided free of charge, discounted pricing shall be offered for hardware upgrades.

Shipping, Import & Duty

The Products shall be shipped from within the Czech Republic (EU). Unless agreed otherwise, Incoterms 2020 DAP apply: The Customer is responsible for any VAT, duty fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the Customer’s country for importing the Products ordered.

We provide the Customer with a link to the tracking service when the Products are shipped. It is the responsibility of the Customer to follow the shipping process and provide the carrier or customs with any information, which might be needed for clearing the parcel in a timely manner.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Should the Customer experience a malfunction of the product due to manufacturing issues we shall replace it or supply a suitable replacement part for the affected component with replacement instructions. We shall only replace products or parts that are unused, unless usage is required to identify the manufacturing defect.

Since our products are meant for research and development they are supplied without a fully enclosed casing. This enables easy access to the on-board electronics but makes it more vulnerable to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) damage. Thus, appropriate measures should be taken when handling the electronics. Any damage due to ESD is not covered by this warranty.

Operation of our products requires drone piloting skills. It is up to the Customer to ensure that the product is operated by appropriately trained personnel. By no means does this warranty cover any damage caused by improper manipulation or operation, such as due to crashes.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should the Customer experience any issues with our products, our support is available via support@flapper-drones.eu. We strive for a timely resolution to everyone’s full satisfaction.
